Better code completion/hints when referencing a class defined outside the current source file.
var util = require('util'); // built-in
var CustomModule = require('CustomModule'); // third-party
var cm = new CustomModule();
var CustomObject = require('./lib/CustomObject.js'); // local class
var co = new CustomObject();
Currently, the above examples do not show a code hint for members of the object (at least the I've found OOTB). Static members are also not available. However, code hinting works perfectly when the definitions are in the same file. Where is the type/class hierarchy?
will be implemented using Tern
Communicate on GitHub for particular module support.
The recommendation is to use JSDoc3 http://usejsdoc.org/
That is when JS classes are annotated, Editor can show JSDoc and Ctrl+click to definition
